The Fund is an Australian domiciled unit trust, that is an unregistered managed investment scheme available for investment by Wholesale Clients. Please refer to the Information Memorandum for investor eligibility. The Fund aims to achieve net returns that exceed 10% p.a. over a rolling 3-year period by investing in the All Ordinaries Index (ASX:XAO).

Investment Strategy
The fund will invest primarily in a portfolio of newly established businesses as well as strategic turnaround situations that the Investment Manager believes provide significant growth opportunities and the ability to produce sustainable profits in the long-term. The fund attempts to provide low correlation with traditional asset classes and aims to provide investors access to investment opportunities that are traditionally difficult to assess, purchase and manage.
Investment Manager seeks to invest in businesses listed on the Australian Securities Exchange that meet the following criteria:
- Strategic asset or technology
- Genuine growth opportunity
- Targeted for takeover
- Potential earnings re-rating
- Management that can be refocused/restructured
- Industry and firm not facing intense competition, risks from technology or shrinking customer’s demand
- Relatively simple to run, suits systemisation, staff easy to replace
- Possible investments referred by industry partners and brokers
